About the position
As a security officer at Growery B.V., you are responsible for the physical safety of our premises, employees, and products. You monitor access, carry out inspection rounds, respond decisively to incidents, and serve as a key link within our certified supply chain security. You work according to established protocols and ensure compliance with the rules associated with the cannabis experiment.
Requirements
Possession of a valid driver’s license B
Presentable, discreet, and able to work well under pressure
Willingness to work in shifts (day/evening/night/weekends)
Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written
In addition, you hold one of the following legally recognized diplomas or certificates:
Security Officer Diploma (Stichting Vakexamens voor de Particuliere Beveiligingsorganisaties)
Professional Diploma in Corporate Security and Guarding Services (UBB or NBOB)
Security Officer B, C, or D from Leiden Educational Institutions (before 1 Feb 1986)
Diploma in Security and Guarding (before 1 Feb 1986)
Basic Course Diploma Marine Guarding Corps + Police Diploma (before 1 Feb 1986)
Certificate of Introductory Course for Corporate Security (Rotterdam, before 1 Feb 1986)
Basic Security Diploma (before 1 Jan 1998)
Ecabo Diploma for Trainee General Security Officer
IVOB Diploma A and B
Diploma General Security Officer (Stichting SVPB / Stichting Ecabo)
A Dutch-recognized EU professional qualification (according to EU Qualifications Act)
